                         Expected Listing of New Shares

Further to the Company's announcement on 27 September 2002, Gaming Insight plc
confirms the allotment of 341,201,300 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.

An additional 3,272,400 Ordinary Shares of 1p each have been allotted to two
existing creditors of the Company who are converting their debt into equity.

The expected admission date for the 344,473,700 securities is 3 October 2002.
