                    Notification of Major Interest in Shares



On 1 October 2002, Gaming Insight plc received notice dated 1 October 2002 from
Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc under s.198 of the Companies Act of its interest
on 30 September 2002 in 15,000,000 ordinary shares of Gaming Insight plc,
amounting to 5.94% of the issued share capital.  Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc
further notified that on 30 September 2002 it sold 10,767,500 ordinary shares
such that it no longer has a notifiable interest in the shares of Gaming Insight
plc.  As a result, Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc currently own 4,232,500
ordinary shares in Gaming Insight representing 1.68% of the issued share
capital.
