MANAGEMENT ARRANGEMENTS 
 
The Board has been informed that Gervais Williams, the principal manager of the 
Company's portfolio, has resigned and will be leaving Gartmore by the end of 
September 2010. 
 
The Board and its advisers are therefore considering arrangements for the 
continuing management of the Company's portfolio and a further announcement 
will be made in due course.
