    RESIGNATION/APPOINTMENT OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY


    GuocoLeisure Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Linda Hoon Siew Kin as Group Company Secretary with effect
from the date of this announcement.

    Following Ms Hoon's resignation, Ms Seok Hui Blackwell (who joined the Company on 1 September 2008 and assumed the interim role of Joint
Company Secretary in an earlier announcement on 
1 September 2008) has been appointed as Group Company Secretary with effect from the date of this announcement.
