DISSOLUTION OF DORMANT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARIES 
 
GuocoLeisure Limited ("Company") wishes to announce the voluntary dissolution of 
the following dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries incorporated in the United 
Kingdom: 
 
Bondway Properties Limited (members' voluntary liquidation) 
Rainbow Group (UK) Limited (members' voluntary liquidation) 
Thistle Hotels (Caledonia) Limited (voluntary striking off) 
 
The voluntary dissolution of the Company's subsidiaries listed above was 
undertaken as part of the ongoing rationalisation of the corporate structure of 
the Company and its subsidiaries ("Group"), and is not expected to have any 
material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Group 
for the financial year ending 30 June 2011.
