                            Placing to raise #130,000

The Company is pleased to announce that it has issued 65,000,000 new ordinary 
shares of 0.1p each at 0.2p per share to raise #130,000, before expenses. The 
funds will provide further working capital.

The new shares will rank pari passu with other ordinary shares and application 
has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which 
is expected to be on 24 September 2007.
