Form of Proxy 
 
 
 
 
The Company's Registrars have received a number of proxies deemed by them to be 
invalid, therefore the Company has today sent a letter explaining the situation 
and a personalised form of proxy ("blue form") to shareholders in respect of the 
General Meeting of the Company to be held on 4 March 2009. 
 
 
If a shareholder has already submitted a white form of proxy having put their 
name on it, provided it is valid, those votes will be counted. However, due to a 
number of forms of proxy considered invalid by the Company's registrars, the 
Company has recommended to shareholders that they complete the blue form of 
proxy and send it back to Capita Registrars, even if they have already completed 
a white form of proxy. Please note that the blue form of proxy will supersede 
any white form of proxy previously submitted by a shareholder.
