9% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2017 ("Loan Notes") - Second interest payment

The second interest payment due on the Loan Notes is for the period from 30 June 2014 to 31 December 2014.

For the issue of GBP150,000 nominal of Loan Notes on 28 November 2014, payment will be made from (and including) this date to 31 December 2014.

The payment will be made on 31 December 2014 to the Loan Note holders on the register on 12 December 2014. The ex-date is 10 December 2014.
