Completion of Disposal


Further to the announcement on 12 June, Gourmet Holdings PLC announces that
today, 15 June 2007, it completed the sale of BDC Holdings Limited, which holds
the Bel & Dragon chain of four pub restaurants, to Ultimate Leisure Group PLC.
