its holding in the relevant share capital of German Smaller Companies Investment
Trust PLC from the last reported 21.50% to 24.46%. (This is a share holding of
9,695,000 of issued share capital of 39,629,000).
This interest is wholly that of SGSL, as principal (as per section 208(5).
