GCP Sovereign Infrastructure Debt Limited

Net Asset Value of the Company's Shares

As at close of business on 30 June 2014, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share of the Company was 97.55 cents.

The unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share of the Company is calculated by taking the total of the fair valuations of all investments and making such adjustments as are required to reflect the cash held by the Company, accrued liabilities and expenses, prepayments and any other creditors and debtors.
