Henderson Group plc, the ultimate parent of the investment manager of Henderson 
Financial Opportunities Limited (the "Company"), has advised the Company that 
Guy de Blonay is leaving Henderson. Emily Adderson will replace Guy de Blonay as 
the Company's portfolio manager. 
 
 
Emily Adderson has been the assistant portfolio manager on both the Company and 
the open-ended New Star Global Financials Fund.
