Hidefield  Gold   plc  (the   "Company")   announces  that   at   the
extraordinary general meeting held  today, the resolution to  approve
the new articles of association of the Company was duly passed.   The
new articles of association  reflect the changes  in the law  brought
about by the enactment and coming into force of certain provisions of
the Companies Act 2006.
