Resignation of Nominated Adviser

The Company's Nominated Adviser Dowgate Capital Advisers Limited, has resigned
with immediate effect.

Under Rule 1 of the AIM Rules a company's shares will be suspended from trading
on AIM if it does not have a Nominated Adviser and the admission of its shares
to trading on AIM will be cancelled one month after suspension if a replacement
Nominated Adviser has not been appointed within that time.

The board announce that the Company is seeking to raise further funds in the
short term in order to provide it with further working capital. A further
announcement will be made by the Company in due course.

The board further announces that Robert Alstead, Finance Director, resigned as
a director of the Company effective 19 September 2008.
