Following the announcement earlier today in relation to the Offer made by
Collins Stewart on behalf of Erinaceous Group plc for Hercules Property Services
plc, Hercules announces that the Offer has been declared wholly unconditional
and that delisting of Hercules shares will take place no later than 20 business
days following the date of this announcement being 22 November 2004 or as soon
as practicable thereafter.
