Annual accounts and notice of Annual General Meeting

Hightex Group plc , a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 and a notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), were posted to shareholders on 16 June 2014 and are also available for download from the Company's website www.hightexworld.com.

The AGM will be held at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JJ on 9 July 2014 at 10.00 am.
