               Director/PDMR Shareholding - Amendment

The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR
Shareholding' announcement released today at 07:00.

The purchase price per ordinary share should read 77 pence and not
76.75 pence as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged.

The full amended text is shown below.

"On 29 June 2006 Terry  Hitchcock, the Non-executive Chairman of  the
Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase
price of 77 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction,  Terry Hitchcock's total  holding is  now
1,210,000 ordinary shares in the  Company, which represents 7.60  per
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company."
