Completion of Placing 
Islamic Bank of Britain PLC ("IBB" the "Company" or the "Bank") announces that, 
further to the announcement of 19 December 2008, all the conditions of the 
Placing have now been satisfied and 127,470,000 new Ordinary Shares will be 
admitted to trading on AIM on Monday 26 January 2009.
