                                 AGM Statement



The AGM of In Cup Plus plc (the "Company") is being held at the Company's Head
Office in Potters Bar at 10.30 a.m. today.  In his address to shareholders,
Chairman, Martin Colenutt will make the following comments:



"The directors can report that trading to date in the current financial year is
in line with market expectations. In the first quarter of 2006,  23 machines
have been sold to date. This compares favourably with a total of 41 machines
sold during the year to 31 December 2005.



There are now a total of 64 machines in operation and ingredients sales are
progressively increasing.  The directors remain focused on increasing sales and
the installed machine base.  The Cafe Direct (Fair Trade) machine branding and
ingredient supply arrangements established in January 2006 have been very well
received in the marketplace.  The directors remain confident that the pipeline
of new business should ensure that 2006 continues in line with market
expectations.



Earlier this month the board welcomed Tony Carson as a non-executive director
and we look forward to his input in relation to sales and marketing activities."
