Riverbird choose MyID MFA to power TwinVerify - delivering strong authentication as a service.

Riverbird GmbH provide a comprehensive service platform used by multiple managed service providers (MSPs) to manage IT systems on behalf of end customers, many of whom are too small to have their own in-house IT departments.

With the increasing level of cyber-attacks, threat to business continuity a data breach can cause, and the need to comply with legislation such as NIS2, Riverbird saw a demand for adding strong user authentication to their Riversuite management platform.

TwinVerify, provides strong authentication in an easy to deploy and easy to use manner. Built into the Riversuite managed service provider platform, customers can simply choose to opt in to the strong authentication method that best suits their needs, ranging from pattern recognition, mobile apps, FIDO passkeys and device bound phishing-resistant passkeys on devices such as YubiKeys.

Riverbird operate mainly in Germany, with operations in the Netherlands and plans for further expansion. After a successful pilot program, TwinVerify is now generally available to Riversuite customers.
