The Income & Growth VCT plc
("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions
proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today, 29 February
2024, were voted on by a poll and
were duly passed.
Proxy votes were received in respect of
5,372,420 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.44% of
the issued share capital as at 27 February 2024.
