Company in order to concentrate on his other executive duties as chief executive 
of Ralos New Energies AG. 
 
Commenting on the resignation Richard Clothier, Chairman said "On behalf of the

enormous energy and enthusiasm which he has devoted to the Company over many 
years. He has been key in developing the Company into an internationally
