            Innovise acquires ID card systems and software business 
 
Innovise, the software solutions and IT services provider, is pleased to 
announce the bolt-on acquisition of Identifile Systems Ltd ("Identifile"), a 
small software company based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, 
 
Formed in 1992, Identifile designs and supplies identity card systems and 
tracking and control software for staff, contractor and visitor management to 
customers throughout the UK, Europe and Africa. Its current annual turnover is 
in the region of GBP550,000, making a small operating loss. The Directors of 
Innovise believe that the synergies from which Identifile will benefit as part 
of the Group will make this an earnings-enhancing acquisition. 
 
Mike Taylor, CEO of Innovise, said: "While this is one of our smaller 
acquisitions, I am confident that it will enable us to add further value to our 
total customer offering. Identifile's software solutions are advanced, 
cost-effective and highly flexible, and will fit neatly into our existing sales 
activity within the workforce management and security marketplace."
