                     Re-admission of Ordinary Shares to AIM



India Outsourcing Services plc (AIM: IOS), a company formed to capitalise on
acquisition and investment opportunities primarily in the Indian business
process outsourcing market, is pleased to announce the completion of a placing
of #3.0 million before expenses and the readmission of the enlarged issued share
capital of the Company to trading on AIM.



Following the approval of the share consolidation the Company has a new ISIN
