Shareholders are referred to the announcement on SENS dated 31 January 2012 
regarding the appointment of Terence Goodlace as Chief Executive Officer and as 
an Executive Director to the Board of Directors of the Company from 1 July 
2012. 
 
Shareholders are advised that Terence Goodlace has changed his capacity from a 
non-executive director with effect from 31 May 2012 and will become an 
Executive Director to the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 1
