RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 
 
At the Annual General Meeting of Implats shareholders held on 24 October 2012, 
all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed in the Notice of Annual 
General Meeting 2012, sent to shareholders on 27 September 2012 were passed by 
the requisite majority. 
 
Special resolution number 3 relating to the adoption of the Company's new 
Memorandum of Incorporation together with a copy of the Memorandum of 
Incorporation will be submitted to the Companies and Intellectual Property 
Commission for filing.
