The Company has been informed today that Lee Bowers, finance director, yesterday
bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 23p per share. This
shareholding, which equates to 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital, is
Mr. Bowers' entire beneficial holding.
