    De-Listing from AIM Approved by Shareholders

    The Board of Imagesound (AIM: ISD.L) announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions proposed were duly passed
including the proposal to de-list the Company. Following this approval, trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will cease at close of
business on 22 May 2008, with cancellation on AIM taking effect at 7.00 a.m. on 23 May 2008. 

    As outlined in the circular, the Board is putting in place measures to enable trading in the Company's shares to continue after
de-listing. The Board intends to appoint Brewin Dolphin Limited as registrar and to provide a dealing facility on a matched bargain basis. A
letter will be sent to all shareholders shortly explaining this facility and details will also be posted on the Company's website.
