Share purchase by Neerav

Ishaan Real Estate plc (the "Company") announces it received notification today that Neerav Investment Advisory Services (Cyprus) Private Limited ("Neerav") purchased a total of 250,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 50p per share.

Neerav is the parent company of the investment adviser, Neerav Investment Advisory Services (Dubai) Limited, to the Company and Neel Raheja, who is a director of the Company, is one of the ultimate beneficial owners of Neerav. Ravi Raheja, the brother of Neel Raheja, is a director of Neerav and is the other ultimate beneficial owner of Neerav. Neerav now owns 7,493,811 shares of the Company, representing 5.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
