Posting of revised form of proxy

The form of proxy sent to shareholders on 24 May 2013 with the Circular and Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on the 24 June 2013, contained a typographical error with regard to the dates provided.

The Company is therefore posting a revised form of proxy to shareholders today which confirms the date for the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company as being 24 June 2013 at 12.00pm (London time).

Shareholders should ensure that the revised form of proxy is returned as the original form of proxy will not be valid.

The deadline for the depositing of voting instructions remains as 48 hours prior to the time of the meeting, being 12.00pm (London time) on the 22nd June 2013.
