The Company announces that it purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1023.69 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 102,617,956 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 179,015,954 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
