Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that Alexander Hambro, Non-Executive Chairman, on 7 June 2024 sold 1,100 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10,610.9 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Alex Hambro is beneficially interested in 44,314 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.67% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
