                    Additional Listing / Holding in Company


The Board of Jourdan announces that it has resolved to settle the balance of its
obligations to the Jourdan Group Pension Fund by way of an allotment of 160,000
new ordinary shares of #1 each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares").

Following the allotment the Jourdan Group Pension Fund will have a holding of
160,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 4.7 per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued
shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 28 June 2007.


Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 3,400,010.
