Shareholding
Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group,
was notified on 31 January 2024 that Mark Laurence, Non-Executive
Director, transferred 1,200,000 of the Company's guaranteed
senior unsecured unrated convertible bonds due 2026
("Convertible Bonds") on 14 December 2023,
at 97 pence per Convertible Bond, to The MCMLXIII Fund, an FCA
authorised fund, in exchange for shares in that fund.
