Jaguar Holdings Limited has been established by Harwood Capital LLP on behalf of Oryx International
Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx"), a fund under its discretionary management, and certain discretionary
private clients ("Discretionary Private Clients") specifically for the purpose of making the
Offer (together, the "Harwood Funds"). The Harwood Funds are deemed to be acting in concert
with Jaguar Holdings for the purposes of the Offer.
The existing beneficial interests of the Harwood Funds in the ordinary shares of 25 pence
each in Journey Group plc ("Ordinary Shares") are as follows:
