Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 
 
 
Jarvis plc (the "Company") will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11.00am 
on 3 September 2009 at The Royal York Hotel, Station Road, York, North 
Yorkshire, YO24 1AA. At the Annual General Meeting the Company proposes to amend 
its Articles of Association. 
 
 
Copies of each of the following documents have been posted today to those 
shareholders who have elected to receive documents from the Company in hard copy 
form:
