                           AGM results and board changes


The Board of Jumpit ASA ('Jumpit' of the 'Company') announces that all
resolutions proposed at the Company's AGM held on 4 June were duly passed.

Norwegian law permits shareholders present at AGM meetings to propose additional
resolutions.  As a result of such a resolution, it was agreed by those
shareholders present that a review should be undertaken into certain matters
relating to the running of the Company. The matters which will be subject to the
review will include spending on advisors and consultants, the acquisition of MPT
and the write-down of goodwill, the arbitration process with ESI, the legal
dispute with Why ASAP, the company's financial position and the actions taken to
improve the situation. In addition, all agreements and relations between the
Company and its Directors and shareholders will be subject to review as will the
Company's flotation on AIM, related expenses and a possible de-listing.

The decision to conduct an independent review was unanimously approved by those
in attendance at the AGM. The review will be conducted by an independent lawyer
and auditor at an estimated cost to the Company of NOK 250,000 (approximately
#21,000).

The Board also confirms that, as previously announced on 18 April 2007, the
following changes have now taken place with effect from 4 June: Steven Hartley
and Magnar Mokkelgard have stood down as directors of the Board, Karin Juel
Teige and Sissel Edvardsen have been appointed to the Board.

Further disclosures as required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM rules will be 
made in due course.
