Further to the announcement of 3 February 2012, regarding the recommended cash 
offer for the Company by Taurus Mineral Limited (a company formed at the 
direction of CGNPC Uranium Resources Co., Ltd. and the China-Africa Development 
Fund being declared wholly unconditional, Kalahari announces that Mr. Sumihiro 
Kamino, ITOCHU Corporation's nominated representative on the board of Kalahari 
(the "Board"), has resigned from the Board, with immediate effect.
