Notice of Results and
Presentations
Kier Group plc ("the Group" or
"Kier"), a leading UK infrastructure services, construction and
property group, will publish its Full Year 2024 ("FY24") results on
Thursday, 12 September 2024.
Following the publication of its
results Kier will host an Analyst Presentation on 12 September and
a Retail Investor Presentation on 19 September - details set out
below.
FY24
Results Analyst Presentation
The Group will host a presentation
for analysts and institutional investors at 09:00am BST on
Thursday, 12 September 2024 at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200
Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD.
Analysts wishing to attend in-person

announcement.
Retail Investor Presentation
A live online Retail Investor
Presentation will be held at 10:30 on Thursday 19 September 2024
