Issue of Shares
Keywords Studios, the global
provider of creative and technology-enabled solutions to the video
games and entertainment industries, today announces the issuance of
27,045 new ordinary shares to the senior management of Helpshift,
Inc ("Helpshift") based on the performance of Helpshift in the
first year since its acquisition.
Application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange for the admission of these 27,045 new
ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new
shares is expected to take place at 8:00am on 15 May 2024.
The Company's total issued share
capital following admission will consist of 79,555,831 ordinary
shares of one pence each with one voting right per
share. There are 393,668 Ordinary
Shares in the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), and
the EBT has waived its right to exercise its voting rights and to
receive dividends in respect of these Ordinary Shares.
Therefore, the number of Ordinary
shares with voting rights following admission will be 79,162,163.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they can determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company following admission.
