The Company has submitted in accordance with LR 9.6.1 two copies of each of the
documents listed below to the UK Listing Authority which are being mailed to
shareholders today.

 1. The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2007
    incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 March
    2008.
   
 2. Form of Proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting.
   
The Company has also submitted, in accordance with DTR 6.1.2, the draft amended
Articles of Association of the Company.
