    Lewis Charles Romania Property Fund Limited confirms that its development
 partner Westhill has appointed a number of international consultants to assist
                as architects and engineers at Ploiesti, Romania
                     ("Lewis Charles Romania" or "the Fund")
                                        
Lewis  Charles  Romania Property Fund Limited (AIM: LCSR),  a  Romanian  focused
closed  ended  Guernsey  registered  fund, today announces  the  appointment  of
Gleeds,  WSP  Group  and Benoy as advisers on the landmark  retail  and  leisure
complex in Ploiesti, 40 km north of Bucharest, Romania. The 10-hectare site  was
purchased in August 2007 with outline planning permission and will provide up to
109,000  sq  m  of gross lettable retail and leisure space. Concepts  have  been
approved and the final designs will be ready in the coming months.

The  destination centre is located at the junction of two major roads,  the  DN1
and  DN1B.  The  DN1 is part of the European Corridor 61, linking Bucharest  and
Brasov,  whilst  the DN1B links Buzau and East and North East Romania.  It  will
incorporate  retail, leisure and entertainment premises over three levels  where
there  will  be  a  diverse  mix of shopping that will include  food,  clothing,
footwear,  electrical and furniture/homeware products. A large multi-storey  car
park will also be incorporated as part of the scheme.

The  Fund  and  development  partner Westhill has  chosen  to  work  with  these
influential and well-respected consultants on the project as they have excellent
pedigree.  Benoy were the chief architects of the Bluewater shopping  centre  in
Kent  and the NEC Casino in Birmingham. Gleeds has over 120 years experience  in
the  building and construction industry and past projects include the Air France
Headquarters  in  Paris, Bloomfield shopping centre in Belfast  and  the  Hilton
International Hotels in Frankfurt, Warsaw and Prague. WSP is one of the  world's
fastest growing design, engineering and management consultancies specialising in
property and environmental projects.

Loraine  Pinel and Mark Anderson, joint Fund Managers of Lewis Charles  Romania,
