The  Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that following the passing 
of  a  Special Resolution at the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders held 
on  Tuesday  1st  December 2009, the Company has changed its  name  from  "Lewis 
Charles Romania Property Fund Limited" to "The Romania Property Fund Limited". 
 
As  of  04 December 2009 the Company will be trading on AIM under the name  "The 
Romania Property Fund Limited" and the ticker symbol will become "RPF".
