                    Update on Option Agreements with BuySell 
 
 
Further  to  the announcement made on 18 March 2009, the Company confirms  that, 
following  the  serving  of  notices giving BuySell Real  Estate  Agent  Limited 
("BuySell") until 17 April 2009 to perform its obligations under certain  option 
agreements with the Company, all of the option agreements as well as preliminary 
sales contracts in place with BuySell are now rescinded due to non-performance.
