The  Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that following the passing 
of a Special Resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders 
held  on  Wednesday  2nd December 2009, the Company has changed  its  name  from 
"Lewis Charles Sofia Property Fund Limited" to "Sofia Property Fund Limited". 
 
The change of name is effective from 2 December 2009.
