Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Base Prospectus in relation to the Leverage Shares plc collateralised exchange traded securities programme dated 16 May 2022.

Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Relevant Series that as a result of an intercompany reorganisation of the Reference Asset of the Relevant Series (Linde plc), trading of the ETP Securities of the Relevant Series will be suspended on all exchanges on which they are listed on 2 March 2023 only.
