Landkom International PLC (AIM: LKI, 'Landkom' or 'the Group'), the Ukrainian producer of agricultural commodities,announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 October 2010 are now available on the Group's website at www.landkom.com.

Landkom also announces that its AGM will be held at 11am on Wednesday, 11 May 2011 at the offices of College Hill, The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London EC3N 4QN.
