Grant of Options

Landkom International PLC (AIM:LKI, "Landkom" or the "Group"), the Ukrainian producer of agricultural commodities, announces that it has granted share options to certain members of the operational management and to certain of its Directors totalling 8,850,000 options representing 2% of the current issued share capital of the Group. Disclosure regarding the issuance of options to Directors is as follows:
