                           Directors' share options                            

Following the grant of options under the Executive option scheme, Pamela Harper
was granted options over 200,000 ordinary shares and Sue Hobden and Jo Newton
were granted options over 50,000 ordinary shares each at a price of 134.5p per
share on 16th May 2006. The options are exercisable from 16th May 2009 to 16th
May 2016.

Sue Hobden currently holds options over 20,000 ordinary shares and Jo Newton
holds options over 23,015 ordinary shares.
