Circular regarding the change of auditor

Pursuant to section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, a circular has today been posted to shareholders of the Company for information only in relation to the statutory statement received by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PWC") in connection with their resignation as the Company's auditor.

With PWC having been group auditor since 2003, the Board decided that a fresh audit relationship would benefit the Luminar group moving forward. Following discussions by the Board and having considered the alternative options, it was decided (on the recommendation of the Audit Committee) that KPMG Audit Plc would be the most appropriate replacement.

The circular and auditors' statement have today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemcott.com/nsm.do. Copies of the above documents will also shortly be available to view on the Company's website at www.luminar.co.uk.
